The above brooches are made by cherry wood, paint, plexiglass, thread, silver.
I like the way she works with shape and color. It is detailed yet still with a very clean expression. I found her work at Gallery hnoss in Gothenburg, Sweden where she is having an exhibition at the moment. More work can also be found at her website.
